Does anybody know where I can purchase The Household of God in English? I have tried ordering from the Divine Word Foundation but my order never came and I haven't found the book available in print anywhere else in English.

The Lorber publisher has it in its index (link). But the third volume wasn't finished when i asked for it. Maybe it is done now. The index text follows:
